Child Aid Foundation has been granted income tax exemption by the Income Tax Department. All accounts are audited and submitted to the Income Tax Department at the end of every financial year for scrutiny and approval. Child Aid Foundation has been granted Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (F.C.R.A.) registration by the central government Ministry of Home Affairs. Child Aid Foundation is permitted to receive donations from foreign sources and in foreign currencies. All F.C.R.A. accounts are audited and submitted to the Ministry of Home Affairs at the end of every financial year for scrutiny and approval.
Child Aid Foundation has also been granted official government recognition by the Woman Development and Child Welfare Department, as well as by the Department of Education. All government rules and regulations are followed, and regular inspection visits are conducted by the concerned government officials.
